Rewarding Travel, Just like that.

This was the first TV campaign Orbitz had run in 10 years. We wanted to establish a unique visual world and style that Orbitz could own, while positioning them as the most instantly rewarding booking company.

On social we created our female duo “travel agents” to stand as the authority on instant rewards, booking, earning and enjoying every travel perk, just like that.

POST-ROLL

Our media budget for this campaign was small so we figured out a way to maximize it by replacing our pre-roll spots with post-roll spots (which were MUCH cheaper). We picked videos that people should be rewarded for finishing, like “how to change your car tire“ and put ads at the end giving away Orbitz rewards, just like that. Our strategic placement also generated earned media.

Travel brings people together - just like that

We created a mini documentary (the first of a series) where Orbitz was at the center of bringing people together to do exceptional things. In this episode we brought a 6 year old paper airplane enthusiast and the current paper airplane record holder together to break the world record for longest throw.
